  • Acting as the first point of reference for any issues raised via the telephone
  • Frequent and regular contact with customers in Health Service Trusts concerning reported problems and the work being carried out to resolve them.
  • LAN Desk, ServiceNow - Call logging software experience, Logging tickets
  • Windows infrastructure - Active Directory, Exchange, password resets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally knowledge and experience of 1st and 2nd line IT support
