Keystream Healthcare requires a Clinical Systems Administrator to join a private organisation in London.

The organisation is currently embarking on an exciting new workstream and they are looking for a Clinical Systems Administrator to meet the demands of the project. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to join a growing IT department and the organisation offers great career progression. Key skills & Technologies

Essential:

Educated to Bachelor level or equivalent professional experience

Information management & analysis

Relevant experience working in a healthcare setting; understanding the context of local change in relation to National change

Previous use of SystmOne or other clinical system.

Experience in investigating bugs and testing fixes.

Manipulating and working with large Data

Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise

Knowledge of recognised business change processes

Knowledge of project management methodologies and working in a Project/Programme Environment

Able to translate technical issues to a non-technical audience

Ability to clearly define the issues/defect raised along with evidence to support for issue resolutions

Ability to clearly define the test scripts and linking them to the requirements

Proficient in MS Windows, Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Visio & Internet Explorer with advanced keyboard skills

Able to problem solve, anticipate future requirements and be proactive in responding to these

Excellent time-management skills with a pro-active and flexible approach.

 

 

Desirable:

At least 1 years’ experience in clinical system management and configuration either in NHS/Private healthcare Environment

Experience of supporting the delivery of multiple projects in a programme management environment

Advanced in MS Office

Knowledge of SQL

Experience of handling sensitive situations with a high level of discretion, tact and diplomacy

Knowledge and understanding of Information Governance, GDPR and Caldicott Principles

Car driver with own transport

To work outside normal office hours on occasion to meet the needs of the service.
