Andrew Co-founded Keystream in 2011, having worked in recruitment since graduating from Plymouth University where he read Business & Tourism. Andrew is fundamentally involved in ensuring that both candidates and clients of Keystream Healthcare Resources receive the best levels of service at all times. He enjoys golf and can often be found on the course of his native Hertfordshire, at the weekend. Andrew is also a long-suffering Middlesbrough fan.

Johnny Graduated in 2006 from Leeds University where he studied Russian Language. He then joined a leading recruitment consultancy where he went on to manage one of the most successful teams in the business specialising in IM&T into Healthcare. In 2011, Johnny co-founded Keystream Healthcare Resources with the aim of growing a trusted recruitment brand that specialized in non-clinical healthcare appointments.

Alexis graduated from the University of Leeds in 2008 with a 2:1 joint honours degree in Spanish and Business Management. Alexis joined Keystream in 2013 having previously worked at Venn Group and Robert Walters. With over 8 years of recruitment experience, she manages a rapidly expanding interim Finance team specialising across all levels of Finance and Contracts and Commissioning.

James has over 8 years Recruitment experience, starting in the industry as one of the most successful IT Healthcare Consultants at a market leading firm. After 2 years working in Financial Services recruitment, James joined Keystream 2 months after its inception and has been instrumental in helping the business achieve market leader status. He currently manages one of the IT teams at the company, a division which has excelled in providing interim resource for large scale EPR implementations.

Beth graduated from Loughborough University with a 2:1 in Human Biology. She has recently joined the management team at Keystream after a successful 5 and a half year career at Venn Group specialising in IT an Informatics, before establishing and growing a high performing Risk and Governance team. Beth will continue to focus on providing high calibre Risk, Governance and Quality Assurance interims into the Healthcare industry across the country.

Simon joined Keystream in September 2014, moving from Nottingham to London, Simon brings over 10 years IT recruitment experience. Predominantly specialising in finding talent across IT Infrastructure, Analytical/Reporting, Software Development & Project Management areas. At the weekends Simon enjoys playing golf and supporting his home team Nottingham Forest. Nowadays, Simon is focusing on developing the Managed Services arm to Keystream’s IT Solutions, where we are successfully delivering complex IT projects.

Heather joined Keystream in 2014 after graduating Coventry University with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Theatre and Professional Practice. Since joining Keystream, Heather has established herself as a specialist recruiter across IM&T/EPR Project Teams and currently manages a successful IM&T desk within the company. At the weekend Heather enjoys exploring London and often goes back to her beloved home town in Eastbourne.
